PROFIT FOR AGENT  To maintain a good customer and mechanic relationship, we need to build honesty, trust and workmanship in our service.  We need to build good customer value by quoting the best price for service of our customer’s vehicle so that they convert from irregular customer to loyal customer.  17% company incentive will be given on all vehicles to agent if vehicle is serviced in garage.  10% commission from sales of first line of underlined agents will be given to main agent.  5% commission from sales of second line of underlined agent will be given to main agent.  2% incentive permanent will be given to first line agent whenever the registered vehicle comes for service within period of registration on bill.  1% incentive permanent will be given to second line agent whenever the registered vehicle comes for service within period of registration on bill.  0.5% incentive permanent will be given to third line agent whenever the registered vehicle comes for service within period of registration on bill.  After the second line of underlined agent start for the main agent, the second line commission will stop.
7. OUR VISION  Our aim is to provide a regularised and permanent mode of income for agents working in garages. We aspire to make a wide network of agents so that there is no irregularity in their job and experience.
