Melrose Place

Melrose Place

This is the first phase in a two-part project for a young couple in Melrose, MA. The replacement of the existing three-season sunroom with a mudroom and breakfast area overlooking the garden (one of the owner is a landscape architect) will set the stage for the second phase. Across the garden, the owners plan to build a garage and second floor studio/office space looking back at the house. We are excited to investigate how these two volumes can have a dialogue across the garden.
