    tell us more about your working style? Business positions are based on a flexible work schedule, while product and development positions are based on a specialized discretionary work schedule. I heard that there are many foreign members. Not required. For product positions, communication related to engineers is primarily in English, while communication within the team is primarily in Japanese. Within the engineering team, communication is mainly in English, and within the business team, communication is mainly in Japanese. At this point in time, for product engineering positions, if you are interested in an English environment, you do not need to be confident in your English skills to be successful.
