So I talked about really like applying that hyper focus momentum into each kind of energy. Like, if we're going to, like, be in the social part of our cycle, like, Let's lean into that, let's make a deal with, you know, play date with that neighbor, you've been, you know, just waving at and meant to, like, really get to know, hang out with your best friend. Like, do the things that involve a lot of social energy in those times. And then when it's time to rest, lean into that rest, really take advantage of that time where your body is asking you to slow down and recoup, really, like hyper focus on resting, enjoy that time of in space to be, like calm and quieter. One of the things I always have to ask myself is, is this a good idea or a great idea? When you have ADHD, you usually have no shortage of ideas. You're always going to have more ideas, but like Is now the time to execute that activity. Is that something that is like a really great idea, but not for right now. We have to say no to a lot of good ideas in order to do that really great idea. So how do we match and find that magic where we are doing the things that are great ideas and men for right now? And that like learning to prioritize where those things fall is one of the things that we talked about in like in my courses and stuff, too. We've talked about that here like this is a way to set yourself up and doing what really matters in the moment because prioritizing is really hard for ADHD
