  1. I WOULD LIKE TO EVALUATE THE BIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF MY

DESIRED PERSON Name: G K Sunil . Work: WELDING. Cource: ITI(Fitter).
  2. AGE: 26 year old. Age is increasingly very important. 

As I selected person age is just 26 year old. He is having less knowledge, experience and perfection on the job and mainly he is not able to solve his problems by him self. It ruins bsd reputationon the organisation.
  3. GENDER: As I selected person gender is male. In the

workplace it shoes difference b/w men and women. It impact more on their job. As he is male so that he is ready to take and risk at any moment. He has having freedom to move any where to learn his job so that he would become more professional. It ruins good reputation on the organisation.
  4. RACE: As I selected person fair. As we all know

that he is running his own organisation,if he is more fair. He can attract more important thing. It ruins good reputation in the organisation.
  5. RELIGION: Religion may also impact in work place.but in india

we are following different religion and tradition. According to my perception religion may not affect in work place. In india we are following different religions and tradition. The businessman had started his business on the demographical characterstics. So that religion may not affect on organisation.
  6. CONCLUSION ABOUT BIOGRAPHICAL CHARACTERSTICS: As we studied about biographical characterstics

are very important in the organisation. By studing biographical characterstics we can run our organisation effectively and we can identify our strength and weakness. So that we can run our business for long time.

had grown juice sugar sugar cane. They had invested 1 lakh rupees for one hector of land. Many formers had taken loan from bank. Now they have tell sell the cane. This juice sugar cane yield come once in year. They were accepted they will get good profit, but when the crop is grown and it was the time to sell. Due to this covid 19 they were asking the crop for 2000 kg for 1200.
  11. So they had not even got their investment back. The
