    Leverage on your strengths and unique capabilities; do what you are good at. It should be realistic. Take into account internal and external constraints.     Shaw. - There’s no shortage of good ideas. - Indeed, the biggest problem in building an innovative o oorganization is not stimulating creativity. The problem is how tto nurture the creativity that abounds all around us, and how to gget that creativity acted upon and turned into innovation.
