  6. Day 1: Rishikesh to Joshimath via Govindghat (Drive: 270 km,

    Duration: 9 hours, Altitude: 6,300 ft) Participants gather at designated meeting Point at 60’s Cafe , Tapovan in Rishikesh, they embark on an uphill drive in arranged vehicles towards Joshimath/Govindghat. The route passes through scenic landscapes and notable sights, including Devaprayag, where the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda Rivers converge to form the Ganges. Arriving at Joshimath, a significant religious pilgrimage site, participants settle in for the night. The evening includes fun activities to help acclimate to the weather, followed by a healthy dinner and rest.
  7. Day 2: Drive from Joshimath/ Govindghat to Pulna Village &

    Trek to Ghangaria (Drive: 4 km, Trek: 13 km, Duration: 5–6 hours, Altitude: 9,600 ft) Today marks the beginning of our Valley of Flowers trek. Wake up to a mesmerizing Himalayan sunrise and enjoy a hearty breakfast before gearing up for the journey. Pack your essentials, including water bottles and energy bars. We'll start trekking towards Ghangaria, covering a gradual 13-kilometer ascent. Upon reaching Ghangaria, we'll call it a day and settle in for the night. You're welcome to explore the quaint hamlet of Ghangaria. We'll have engaging activities like games and exercises to keep spirits high and energy levels up. Anticipation mounts as tomorrow, we'll finally embark on the eagerly awaited trek through the magnificent Valley of Flowers.
  8. Day 3: Ghangaria to the Valley of Flowers and Back

    to Ghangaria (Trek: 8 km, Duration: 6 hours, Altitude: 11,500 ft) Today, we wake up in Ghangaria, brimming with excitement, as we're finally about to witness the highlight of our trek. After a wholesome breakfast, we'll continue our ascent to 3,505 m, reaching the breathtaking Valley of Flowers. This enchanting sight will leave you speechless, with vibrant flowers blanketing the landscape against the backdrop of the majestic Himalayas. Colorful butterflies flutter around, adding to the magic. Spend your time indulging in activities like yoga, meditation, photography, or nature walks. As the day draws to a close, we'll trek back to Ghangaria for dinner together, followed by games and discussions, or you can opt to rest early. The trekking experience continues tomorrow with another adventure in store.
  9. Day 4: Ghangaria to Hemkund Sahib and Back to Ghangaria

    (Trek: 12 km, Duration: 9 hrs, Altitude: 14,107 ft) Today we shall trek to the famous Sikh shrine, India’s Highest Gurudwara Hemkund Sahib. The Gurudwara is believed to be the religious site where Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Sikh Guru, meditated for many years. Encircled by seven snow-capped mountains, this place has the essence of peace that is common to places of spiritual value. Therefore, after breakfast, we shall trek on a moderately difficult, steep climb for about 4 hours to reach Hemkund Sahib. We shall spend some peaceful and soul- calming moments here. We will have our lunch here as well, and post- lunch, we shall descend back to Ghangaria. Once back, we shall have our dinner together here and rest for the night.
  10. Day 5: Trek from Ghangaria to Pulna Village & Drive

    Back to Joshimath/ Govindghat (Drive: 4 km, Trek: 13 km, Duration: 4–5 hours, Altitude: 9,600 ft) Today we finally leave Ghangaria village. After a delicious breakfast, we shall retrace the same trek route from Ghangaria to Govindghat. It is an easy trail to descend to Poolna village. End reach your stay in Govindghat/Joshimath.
  11. Day 6: Joshimath to Rishikesh (Drive: 270 km, Duration: 9

    hours, Altitude: 6,300 On our sixth day, our enriching experience comes to an end. We shall leave Joshimath/Govindghat early so that everyone can leave from Rishikesh to their respective destinations on time. Thus, our wonderful trek to the Valley of Flowers comes to an end.
  12. Things to carry If you are planning on embarking on

    the Valley of Flower trek, it is essential to have the right gear and equipment to ensure a safe and comfortable journey. Here is a list of items you should consider bringing: Back Pack. Warm clothes (5–6 layers). 4-5 pairs of socks. 1 pair gloves. 1 warm jacket. 1 Pair of Warm Caps. Hiking Shoes. Raincoat or Poncho. Water Bottle (thermal water for the snow trek). Snacks like dry fruits, energy bars, candies, etc. Power bank or charger. Sunscreen, lip guard, or moisturizer. Torch. One valid ID is proof. Tiffin Box. Towel Sunglasses

  14. 1. Physical Fitness: Start a regular exercise routine well before

    the trek to build stamina and endurance. Focus on cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and flexibility exercises to prepare your body for the rigors of trekking. 2. Acclimatization: Gradually ascend to higher altitudes to allow your body to acclimatize to the reduced oxygen levels. Take frequent rest breaks, stay hydrated, and avoid overexertion to prevent altitude sickness. 3. Hydration and Nutrition: Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the trek, even if you don't feel thirsty. Consume nutritious meals rich in carbohydrates, protein, and vitamins to fuel your body for the journey. Pack lightweight, high-energy snacks to munch on during breaks. 4. Leave No Trace: Follow the principles of Leave No Trace to minimize your impact on the environment. Dispose of waste properly, pack out all trash, and avoid damaging vegetation or disturbing wildlife. 5. Weather Awareness: Check weather forecasts before the trek and be prepared for sudden changes in weather conditions. Dress in layers to adjust to temperature fluctuations and protect yourself from rain, wind, or snow. 6. Group Safety: Trek with a reliable and experienced guide or in a group for added safety. Stay together as a group, communicate effectively, and look out for one another during the trek. 7. Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and evacuation routes in case of accidents or emergencies. Carry a fully stocked first aid kit and know how to administer basic first aid treatments. 8. Listen to Your Body: Pay attention to your body's signals and rest when needed.   15. Cancellation Policy Booking amount is non-refundable. Cancellation on or within

    15 days (0 days to 14 days) of departure – 100% charge as a cancellation fees Cancellation on or before 15 days of departure – 50% charge as a cancellation fees In case of unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters or government restrictions, certain activities/whole trek may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same. No refund will be processed in case of trek cancelled by trekker due to personal/medical emergency If package includes any product offering (e.g. Jacket or Bag), that will not be returned and price of the product will not be refunded. For example, if booking amount collected Rs. 2000 and the package includes jacket offer worth Rs.1500 then in case of cancellation, Jacket will not be returned and only Rs.500 (2000- 1500) will be refunded subject to fulfill of other cancellation policy conditions.

  17. Upon booking, the trekker will receive a confirmation voucher via

    email, within 48 hours (on working days). In the exceptional cases of slots not being available, viable alternatives will be provided to the customer, in regards to the customer’s preference. In such cases, a new voucher would be sent via email, consisting of the new trek details.
