  10. Be the facilitator. • Story- driven. Bring empathy to work.

    • Cohesive. Identify gaps in experience. • Inclusive. Design with engineers, product managers. • Grounded. Think through limitations and constraints early on. • Just in time. Do lean research and design, iteratively.

    + Wow Focus on big problems, outcomes for users, not a list of features Commander’s intent. Measurable. Time bound. Serves as common language for stakeholders.

    users, with all the characteristics you have identified. Work closely and iteratively with them as you build your stuff to validate your “wow”.
