2. 2 2 PiccoJectTM は、 皮下注射用に設計されたわずか 2 ステップで完結するシ ングルユース ・ オートインジェクターです。 このデバイスはプレフィルドタ イプのガラス製またはプラスチック製シリンジに対応する、標準的な 1ml と、 2.25ml の 2 つのタイプ （PiccoJectTM 100 と PiccoJectTM 225） にて提 供が可能です。 いずれのタイプも、 小径フランジや D カットフランジのシリ ンジに対応しています。 このプラットフォームは、 0.2ml から 2ml までの製剤量に対応し、 最大 20cP までの粘度であれば、 すべて 15 秒以内に注入できるように設計さ れています。 注入時間と粘度は、 針のサイズと充填量に依存しますので、 より高い粘度の製剤については、 ご要望に応じてカスタマイズのフィジビリ ティ評価を実施することも可能です。 使用前の製剤を簡単に確認できる大きなウィンドウ、 視認性の高い色付き のプランジャーロッド、 注射の開始時と終了時をクリック音で知らせる機能、 使用状況をわかりやすく 2 値表示するステータス ・ インジケータなど、 本 デバイスはユーザーへの視覚的 ・ 聴覚的なフィードバックが多様な点も大 きな特徴です。 また、 使用前、 中、 後に注射針が隠れる、 安全性の高い ニードルセーフティ機構も備えています。 また PiccoJectTM は、 サステナビリティに重点を置き、 エコデザインの原 則に従って開発した最初の製品でもあります。 結果、 すべてのプラスチッ ク部品を低炭素化材料にて賄うことができました。 PiccoJect ™ オートインジェクタープラットフォーム 部品点数は 8 点のみ フルサービス ・ プラットフォーム 1ml または 2.25ml プレフィルドシリンジに対応 8 サステナブルで 環境にやさしい 2 好みの色が 選択できるキャップ フルカスタマイズ可能なラベル ステータス ・ インジケータ ドラッグ ・ ウィンドウ ニードルガード
