is launching a two-year anniversary initiative starting in 2025, in line with its mission to nurture leaders who thrive on the global stage. In 2026, several key institutions operated by Aoba-BBT will reach major milestones: the 50th anniversary of Aoba-Japan International School (AJIS), the 20th anniversary of the Graduate School of Business Breakthrough (MBA), and the 15th anniversary of BBT University. Rather than treating this occasion as a mere commemoration, we view it as the starting point for creating new value toward the next 50 and even 100 years. This marks the beginning of a bold challenge to shape the future of education by integrating both online and offline learning. Since its founding, Aoba-BBT Group has supported the development of individuals across ages and borders under the guiding principle of "Lifetime Empowerment." Through a wide array of programs—from online universities and graduate schools to international schools and corporate training—we have built a network of learners spanning from early childhood to working professionals and executive leaders, both in Japan and around the world. At the heart of this anniversary project is the concept of the "Invisible Continent," a term introduced by President Kenichi Ohmae in his 2000 English publication The Invisible Continent. This concept encompasses four structures that define the socio economic landscape of the 21st century: the physical economy, the borderless economy, the cyber economy, and the multi-dimensional economy. At the time, President Ohmae argued that gaining strategic control over these invisible domains would be a key condition for success in the new era. A quarter-century has since passed. As the AI revolution unfolds and geopolitical fragmentation and technological innovation accelerate, the world we live in now epitomizes the very notion of this Invisible Continent. Aoba-BBT Group reaffirms its mission to empower the next generation of leaders who will navigate and lead within this unseen landscape. To realize this vision, we are uniting all of our educational resources and stakeholders.
