Building a Human-Centered Culture

Building a Human-Centered Culture

Slides from this presentation offered at Generate NYC and HOW Design Live, 2017.

Starting from the idea that our project fail for people reasons, not technical ones, this presentation explores the ingredients for valuable collaboration and how to encourage those in your organization. We also examine how the kinds of things your teammates will describe as the "culture" are really just your values in practice. Finally, we end with a call to recognize our greatest threat to valuable collaboration is our lack of diversity.
