3. All of the BNI content is included in BNI University.
4. Additionally members have access to the Schoox Marketplace where they can find non-BNI related classes. Some of these classes are free. Others require a payment. There is tons of content for all types of business skills.
5. Gamification! BNI University has a global leaderboard. The more learning you do, the more points you receive, and the higher up the leaderboard you go!
6. Points are calculated based on the number of minutes of learning completed.

It answers the question, what do you need to know to get the most from the BNI System as a new member.
9. Once you are inside one of the courses, you can see the different lessons. You can see I have completed the Visibility Overview course, It took me 7 minutes and 56 seconds and I made a 90/100 on the test. In am in progress on Step 2, Building trust. I have spent 38 seconds in that course. The system tracks progress so when I go back into Building Trust, it will ask me if I want to resume where I stopped or start over. So I can complete things 5 minutes at a time.

11. This is an example of the MSP resources. They are fillable PDFs so the participant can complete them online or can print them.
12. The lessons include practice and other activities to keep participants engaged. You click through each of the teal boxes to learn a new tip on how to practice.
13. Quizzes! There are also little built in quizzes that test your learning. In this one, we show a presentation in video and have you select what was done well or not well.
14. Final Quiz This ensures the learning was retained. The member is told whether the question was answered correctly or not, but they can’t go back and change wrong answers without taking the whole quiz again. The system keeps track of how often the quiz was taken.
15. FAQs Question: Will all our training be online going forward? Answer: A study conducted by SRI International between 1996 and 2006 found that students in blended learning classes outperformed those in fully online or fully in-person classes. As such, BNI Global is moving toward a blended learning approach. Our final goal is to have all online training will take the place of lecture based training. In person training will become 100% activity based.
16. FAQs Question: How are we going to blend online training and in person events? Answer: The new member will be required to complete their Member Success Program per current BNI Policy requirements (within 60 days of induction). They will now have the choice between live training or online training for this course. As we study the results of online training, and its adoption, we will continue to work on new programs to offer in live courses. Most likely Advanced Member Success Program training
17. FAQs Question: Does BNI University work on mobile? Answer: Yes, there is a BNI University mobile app for iOS and Android powered by Schoox. To find the app, you can search for Schoox or BNI University.
18. FAQs Question: What happens the day we launch? Who gets access to what? Answer: When the Members of your region are added to the system, they will receive an email with a link to www.bniuniversity.com with their username and password included. Additionally, they will be enrolled in “How to Use BNI University” and “Member Success Program.” They will receive an email informing them of the enrollment and linking them directly into the training.
19. FAQs Question: Will we also have Leadership Team Training online? Answer: Online Leadership Team Training will be available for the October 1st transition.
20. FAQs Question: Are Chapter Education Units (CEUs) automatically added to BNI Connect? Answer: Not at this time. It is on the roadmap to connect CEUs and training completion data to BNI Connect. Right now the only connection is to add new members and remove dropped members.
21. FAQs Question: How can I track Chapter Education Units (CEUs) in BNI University? Answer: BNI University tracks the time learning in the background. As a member, you can go to Dashboard to see how much time spent on BNI University. If you are on the Leadership Team or a regional role, go to Manage > Reporting. You can find the time you have spent in the system. When entering CEUs into BNI Connect app, enter the time under Other.
