Provision für Käufer The Executive Decree No. 416 of June 13, 2012, modify by Executive Decree No. 197 of May 7, 2021, grants to foreigners of specific countries who maintain friendly professional, economic and investment relationship with the Republic of Panama, the possibility to obtain a permanent resident permit in the country. The procedure is divided in two stages. The first stage grants a provisional resident permit for two years and the second one grants the permanent resident permit. FRIENDLY NATIONS VISA

Provision für Käufer FRIENDLY NATIONS VISA GENERAL REQUIREMENTS • Power of Attorney • Copy of the passport (valid for at least 6 months) • Non-criminal record from the country of origin or residence of applicant • Good health certificate issued in Panama • Payment of B/. 250.00 to the National Treasury • Payment of B/. 800.00 to the National Immigration Authority • Affidavit of personal background. • Passport size photo. * Additional requirements shall be requested in case of dependents.
5. Provision für Käufer FRIENDLY NATIONS VISA BENEFITS § TAXES: Panama has a territorial taxation system, meaning only income produce within the country would pay taxes. § CITIZENSHIP: After being permanet resident for 5 years is possible to apply for the citizenship.
