2. Provision für Käufer The Executive Decree No. 722 of October 15, 2020, created the category of Qualified Investor. The visa grants permanent residence in the country and can be requested by foreigners who invest the minimum sum between US$500,00.00 and US$750,000.00 (from foreign source). Foreigners, through their attorneys, may initiate the residency application process without necessarily having entered the country, with the commitment that once the Applicant arrives in Panamanian territory, completes the affiliation process to be able to issue any Migration Identity card. The procedure will be handled by a special office (Single Window), designed to deal with these requests within a period of thirty (30) business days. QUALIFIED INVESTOR VISA

Provision für Käufer QUALIFIED INVESTOR VISA GENERAL REQUIREMENTS • Payment of B/. 5,000.00 to the National Treasury • Payment of B/. 5,000.00 to the National Immigration Authority * The Foreigner who requests Residency under this category before October 15, 2022, may benefit from a reduction of US$200,000.00 in the required real estate investment. *Additional requirements shall be requested in case of dependents (spouse and children).
