6. Routine on P.M. Planning: Plan every detail of project constrain. Organizing: Organize the team, a client requests and bug. Mostly we use tools. Controlling: Control a resources and project budget. Measuring: A collect certain data of recent condition or progress. Can we accomplished the goal and meet with target?
7. Remember this .. If you can’t plan it, you can’t do it. If you can’t measure it, you can’t manage it.

9. Myth Learn to manage project when become project manager? Nope. managing project is about experiences. More practice more better. I am single fighter developer. So I do not need a project management. An single youtube artist really need manage their time. Start ups is from small team.
