While there is still much to do in renewing the foundation, our focus has now shifted to maximizing the impact of our nearly fully launched program and to building a high-morale, high-performance organization. The greatest challenge we face in the quarter is the ongoing IT infrastructure rebuilding, including HRIS, enterprise management and payroll systems. These projects will continue through the start of 2013. During this quarter we will also host an important series of events embracing our staff and our history, including the staff 75th Anniversary event and the Global Leadership Meeting. Each of these events mark the public conclusion of our three-year change program.
