  1. • Global phenomenon • +20%~ YoY • $1.5B by 2020

    • $748M in 2015 • Huge viewership • Young demographic (14-34)
  2. • Fans change team loyalties based on players, not team

pride (esports are not as location based as traditional sports) ◦ This causes sponsors to hesitate on putting money into teams • Many esports team are known to act very unethically (not paying players, player abuse, etc.) • Fans are not heard by the teams and feel frustrated Problem:Esport Teams Don’t Have the Trust or Loyalty of Fans
  3. Our Solution Our crowdgovernance system makes our fans a literal

team member. This prevents us from acting unethically and also produces more trust and attention from our fans. If this super cool gif doesn’t play, open this link: http://bit.ly/aunloopgif
  4. Token System • Voters use tokens (Runes) to vote (we’ve

built our MVP with Aragon) • Tokenholders also receive dividends. They will be able to vote on what percentage of profits/holdings to receive. • Voting is done quadratically (1 token=1 vote, 4 tokens=2 votes, 16=4, etc.) • We are testing the Surprisingly Popular algorithm which studies have shown is more accurate than straight democracy • Runes will be built on ETH but we plan to make it chain agnostic
  5. Concerns/Things We Will Monitor • Token Velocity ◦ The utility

of the token (voting) in addition to the holding value (dividends) should help to balance the token velocity but we will be keeping a close eye on the numbers • Voter Identity Management ◦ In order for quadratic voting to work, we must be able to tie each voter to one wallet • Voting Benefit ◦ Decisions that are voted on must be beneficial. If not, the voting system needs to be tweaked. In addition, people must want to vote (system needs to be simple and easy to use)
  6. Traction and Progress -Partnered with the biggest esport team in

Vietnam -Brand recognition and fans around the world and over 200k Facebook followers -We’ve run a very successful PUBG team and have signed a Fortnite team -We’ve hosted in-person tournaments with hundreds of attendees -Fully functional MVP has been built
  7. Competition -There are many existing esport organizations but they do

not utilize our crowdgovernance system. -We have a much stronger connection with our fans
  8. Standard Revenue Streams 1. Advertisements a. Untargeted. b. Most money

is wasted. 2. Sponsorships a. Fans are not engaged with sponsored teams. This defeats the purpose of a sponsorship. 3. Merchandise a. No one wants to buy merchandise from a team they don’t care about. Our Revenue Streams 1. Advertisements a. Highly targeted to fans wants and interests. b. Very efficient usage of money. 2. Sponsorships a. Fans are very engaged with the team and will also be very engaged with the sponsor. 3. Merchandise a. Fans want to show support for a team that they feel ownership and loyalty to, so they purchase more merchandise.
  9. What We Need • We want to reach $300k USD

in pre-commit money before opening up our crowdsale. This is to ensure that we have momentum and to ensure that we reach our goal. ◦ About 100k will be spent on marketing and legal.
