Intro Proposed method Experiments References Abstract ▶ Auto-encoder ベースの異常検知アルゴリズムは,正常データに対して異常スコアが 小さくなることしか保証しない;
Intro Proposed method Experiments References Notations ▶ 異常スコア:A(xT, Θ) =
− ln p(xT|Θ, y = 0); ▶ 状態:y = {0, 1}; ▶ 閾値:ϕ; 7/16

Based on the Neyman-Pearson Lemma 異常音は以下を満たす: p(x|Θ, y = 0) < exp (−ϕ). FPR(Θ, ϕ) = ρ. (2) ここから,最適化対象の目的関数は J NP(Θ) = TPR(Θ, ϕ) − FPR(Θ, ϕ). (3) 8/16

実装上は,潜在変数 z(a) を棄却サンプリングによって生成し,入力変数 x(a) を再構成する 関数 G を考える: x(a) = G(z(a)|ΘG ). (4) 9/16
