Principles of Agile Organizations

Organizations that embrace complexity will have a competitive advantage and a lasting opportunity to deliver on their shared purpose. Traditional organizations struggle to adapt to complexity. This talk, given at the Agile 2016 conference, describes eight principles that organizations must apply to succeed in complexity. The deck includes results of live surveys done with attendees of the session.
