Talking to your culture

Talking to your culture

This presentation, given at Agile 2016, describes how to incorporate different world views to better understand and empathize with individuals, teams, and organizations. The different world views were discovered by Dr. Clare Graves, then published by his assistants Don Beck and Christopher Cowan in the book Spiral Dynamics. Other contributors to the field include Ken Wilber and Frederic Laloux.

  3. Making Agile a Reality® @tptman @jcalabrese I want to make

sure everyone agrees with that idea before we make anything final. Seems like an interesting idea - let’s dig in to how others might be impacted by a change and see what we can come up with. Thanks for asking, but I’m in charge here. I’ll decide on the process. We don’t have time to work on that. Show me how it would impact the bottom line and I might be interested. We’ve built this process based on years of experience; we’re not going to make a bunch of changes that aren’t proven to work.
