I've delivered this talk to several Meetup groups in Sydney. The slides are intended to help individuals identify the importance of personality types when communicating with others.

    Management? 3. Consultants? 4. Business owners?
  5. What do you want? • Who would like to: •

    …command a higher salary ? • …get that promotion? • …move into consulting? • Now ask yourselves why?
  6. Know your real “why”! • Your “why” is not likely

    to be your real “why”. • Reassuring to know that your ladder is against the right wall! • It’s worthwhile going through the exercise of documenting your “bucket list”!
  7. OK, so you want something. Now what? • First….understand yourself

    • Second….learn how to work with others • Third….learn the art of structured questioning • Fourth….give us a test drive?!
  8. Now think about “the boss”… Your partner… obviously! Do you

    need to update the way that you communicate with them?
