2. FESCO TO SERVICE ARGENTINE RESEARCH STATION FOR 8TH TIME 2016 sees FESCO, a subsidiary of the Summa Group, service Argentine Research Stations in Antarctica for the eighth time. For the past 7 years, FESCO has been participating in the Argentine Ministry of Defence's project in Antarctica. The mission requires the delivery of general cargo, food products and diesel fuel to be delivered to the icy stations. The Vasiliy Golovnin is a diesel-electric ship that will depart at the end of November 2015 and will port in Buenos-Aries to load cargo. NCSP APPROVED TO SELL GLOAL DEPOSITORY RECEIPTS Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port Group (NCSP), part of the Summa Group, has officially announced that the PJSC NCSP’S Board of Directors have approved the transaction to sell 50 000 (fifty thousand) global depositary receipts. As of the 19th of October, they have certified rights to ordinary shares of PJSC NCSP from PJSC NCSP to NPC Zarubezneft, a PJSC NCSP subsidiary.
