2. FESCO LAUNCHES NEW BLOCK TRAIN Summa Group subsidiary, FESCO (Far East Shipping Company) is proud to announce the launch of their new block train, the FESCO Moscow Shuttle Kupavna (FMSK). The new cargo train will be on route between South East Asia, Vladivostok and the Kupavna Station in Moscow. The new FMSK will travel between Vladivostock and Kupavna railway station and will be en route for 10 days, leaving once a week. June saw the first initial voyages commence. The new regular container service aims to transport freight arriving from Vladivostok, the commercial port, and cargo shipments from the Far-East Region. Shipments will be available on two terms: either the carrier’s own container (COC) or the shipper’s own containers (SOC). 3. NCSP’S AGM 2015 RESULTS The NCSP, part of the Summa Group, held their Annual general meeting of the PJSC NCSP shareholders on the 30th of June 2015. The following updates were approved: REPORTS • 2014 annual unconsolidated report • 2014 annual unconsolidated financial accounts • Approve the new amended edition of the Charter of PJSC NCSP. FINANCIAL • Distribution of 2014 unconsolidated profits as dividends of 4,499,092,877.44 rubles. • To approve the terms of payment of dividends for 2014 on the following factors: - Pay dividends for 2014 from retained earnings at the rate of 0.2336 rubles/share. - Pay dividends to shareholders from 14th July – 17th August 2015. • To approve the Board of Directors’ remuneration for 40 000 rubles, as per company bi-laws. • To approve the Audit Commission members for 12 000 rubles, as per company bi-laws. • Approve Deloitte & Touche CIS as the 2015 Auditor Summa Group 2015 – July – PT1 FESCO – NCSP - STROYNOVATSIYA – INTEX – YATEC – UNITED GRAIN COMPANY
