The goal is to engage in a thought-provoking dialogue where we can share real-life experiences and expertise. The focus will be on The Golden Thread – the synergistic relationship between the business, customer / user experience and technology / product throughout the Design Lifecycle. • Housekeeping: • We want to create a space where all attendees can be transparent and share their stories. Be mindful of altitude and complexity of project, as well as expectations based on level of experience of individual contributors.
