  1. 日本薬局方－一般試験法 1.15 硫酸呈色物試験法 2020/6/17 Ver. 1.0

  2. 硫酸呈色物 不純物のうち、硫酸と反応して着色するもの • JISにも規格がある（JISK0072:1198） • 呈色の原理・対象不純物がよくわからない • 色の比較試験法<2.65>で調べる

  3. 操作法 硫酸を入れて混ぜ、色の比較試験を行う • 固体試料の場合、硫酸5mLを加え溶かす • 液体試料の場合、硫酸5mLを加え振り混ぜる • 発熱するので、温度が標準温度以上にならないよう注意する • 15分放置する

    • 白色背景で、色の比較液と比較する
