 ฎ౯㮉ጱ蝝䕩牐 In the cyberspace, as in the physical world, new migrants and natives have much to learn from one another. Our particular approach is through Open Data, and Open Space.

 ౯盄ṛ岉牐 Personally speaking, I’m very happy to learn that the French parliament is making an inventory of such innovations around the world.
