SDE 2018 - Management in Scrum

The Scrum framework offers you the structure and guidelines by which management becomes a shared responsibility. Organisations will only succeed with the complex endeavour of software delivery if management is distributed amongst the people “doing the work”. The Scrum Management Game explores how management is done in the ideal Scrum environment, what the most common problems are and what you as an individual can do to resolve these problems.

   organisations. He is an energetic driver of

   work with (he hopes).
   Christiaan lives in Utrecht with Lisanne. He
   loves writing, painting and reading. As a
   Professional Scrum Master (PSM-III) and
   Course Steward for Scrum.org, he has trained
   and worked with over 50 teams
