  1. NIMBLE Nimble is a quadcopter designed to transport medical samples

between specified locations in the shortest time possible.
  2. Our Vision We aim to effectively tackle the problem of

transportation in the medical sector by bringing about an efficient, ideal, safe, and faster way of transporting samples, either for tests, donations, research, or other related medical work, which will not be fancy if held-up by time. We hope to prevent mishaps due to delay in time which has affected a lot of organisations all around the country.
  3. Insight Nimble is a quadcopter designed to transport medical samples

between specified locations in the shortest time possible. With regards to the speed of delivery, nimble is designed to use advanced aerodynamic techniques to generate thrust with the help of its powerful motors, which will enable it to travel a distance of 80.7 miles (Distance between Lagos to Ibadan) in 1 hour 20 minutes, whilst carrying a maximum average load of 34 full test-tubes. It also has a built-in way-point navigation system and a return-home feature, coupled with solar-powered base stations for en-route maintenance. Nimble would be run just like an Uber service, the organisation will take full responsibility for taking care of the transported package.
  4. Problem-Solution fit Nimble comes in place of the bulky process

involved in the transportation of medical samples. Medical organizations find it a difficult process to transport samples or equipment across different regions where the test or utilization of the samples or equipment is needed. This point is where Nimble steps in. Nimble being a powerful quadcopter can transport samples or equipment with a maximum weight of 4kg, at a satisfactory speed. It will also be monitored to ensure the samples or equipment are delivered without fail. Yes! It is possible to say that Nimble would be responsible for the change in the medical and transportation sector and other adopted sectors, as its use will be much more in demand across these sectors.
  5. Market Opportunity Food Delivery organisations mostly do not find it

appropriate to transport food over air due to certain limitations it has posed. They likely will not be inclined to adopt this solution unless there is an urgent need for it. 2% 20% 35% 43% Food Delivery Organisations Mail Delivery Organisations Medical Research Organisations Hospitals and Clinics The above values were gotten from an extensive survey of the industry.
  6. Product-Market fit ➔ Hospitals and clinics would benefit the most.

Transporting blood samples for test and emergency use - due to limited facilities (Taking the COVID era for an example) - has been made easier. ➔ Medical research organisations have a big part in the game. The transportation of samples and equipment needed to carry out impactful research in good time has been made easier. ➔ Mail & food delivery organisations can also adopt the system as it will be a huge development in getting letters across various locations.
  7. Business Model Our plan is to target medical organisations; both

research and practice. The Medical Organisations are currently in dire need of this technology and they will be our major target. After this, the technology will then be introduced to the Mail Delivery Organisations. Nimble is not static by the way, there would be creation of different models, for specific tasks.
