I am currently a Staff Scientist at the Lieber Institute for Brain Development in Leonardo Collado-Torres’ Data Science Team.
I work on bulk and single nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) analysis, and leading the innovation of cell type deconvolution methods, pairing Single-Molecule Fluorescence In Situ Hybridization (smFISH) imaging and snRNA-seq data.
I am also pursuing a part-time PhD in Clinical Neuroscience from the University of Cambridge with Mina Ryten, Studying complex brain disorders through the analysis of spatially-resolved and single nucleus transcriptomics data.
