6. Navigation reimagined All designs subject to change New navigation puts the focus on consistency – no matter where you are in Connections. Easy access to features that are always important. • Top navigation with configurable logo and environment name • Always-present search bar • Left main navigation with access to key Connections apps; configurable to add more apps • Important-To-Me now always on the right giving users quick access to their key people and Communities Second and third level navigation for Connections apps are consistent and intuitive

Universal upload and share All designs subject to change The new Share and Upload buttons let users easily share the currently viewed page within Connections or integrated chat tools. • Any page within Connections can be shared within Connections, Sametime or Teams or other chat tools • Permissions are still enforced on private content • Quickly upload a file with the new upload (and share) button Share on Connections Share on Sametime Share on Teams

Universal Important-To-Me bar Introduced as the Important-To-Me bar in Orient Me and Verse - pinned and recommended contacts and communities are now available everywhere for instant interaction. • Quick access to a pinned contact’s updates, content, chat, meeting and more • Recommended contacts based on shared interests and actions • Pinned Communities at your fingertips • Context sensitive filter brings a person’s content forward based on where you are (Files, Wiki, Blog, etc.) All designs subject to change
13. New homepage experience Combining Orient Me with Latest Updates, the Discover view and a configurable “My Page” lets users choose how they want to catch up on all the action. 1.
