    point • One with sub points, all relevant and important – This is very important but not very long – This one is longer and will take you a while to be able to read it all before you realise that it’s not saying anything and only describing how long a point it is making – Some numbers here – 25% decrease in readability but an overall 200% increase in the amount of words • €25 billion each year • Some points might even reference an earlier point and you have to scan back through them
  2. LARGE TEXT is much more effective than a big wall

    of text and bullet points that have lots of information that someone wants to read and now they are ignoring what you are saying because they are concentrating on trying to get to the end of all the writing before you go and change the slide in case they miss the obviously important information that you’re trying to convey.
