    I’ve been eagerly anticipating getting this course into your hands! I can tell you right now that what you’ll be doing in this program will completely transform how you live and feel in your body. You’re going to make a lot of small changes over the next eight weeks, (some big ones too!), and it’s the small changes that add up to massive results. It can be easy to discount small changes, or not even notice them at all. That’s why documenting your discoveries and progress along the way is so important. Having something to look back on to refresh your memory and remind you, “hey that’s right -- my low back used to hurt when I went up the stairs and I haven’t noticed it in weeks” can be so helpful. Before jumping into Module 1, please take five minutes to answer these three questions: ❖ How do I feel in my body right now? ❖ What do I most want to get out of this course and the next eight weeks? ❖ How will I know if I’m getting what I most wanted to get out of this course?
