The client success team across all geographies were to present their success stories during a particular event. I chose to weave a great story around my success. The presentation was completed in less than 7 minutes, leaving everyone spellbound!

    (FY19), WHEN WE WERE PITCHING FOR A BANK CALLED BANK TPN FOR MARKETING AUTOMATION. THE DEAL SIZE WAS USD 350K ANNUALLY. IT TOOK HUMONGOUS EFFORTS IN A SALES CYCLE OF 6 MONTHS.
  3. AND, WE LOST IT.. ONE OF OUR GOOD CONNECTS FROM

    BANK TPN, WHO WAS PART OF THE EVALUATION PROCESS LATER REVEALED TO US THAT THE DEAL WAS LONG MADE AT DIRECTOR'S LEVEL AND OUR COMPANY WAS INVITED JUST FOR A FORMALITY.
  4. ANOTHER SALES CYCLE BEGINS.. ONE OF THE SENIOR IT GUYS

    (WHO APPRECIATED OUR SINCERE EFFORTS FOR BANK TPN) RESIGNED FROM THE BANK AND JOINED INARMA GROUP (A CONGLOMERATE).
  5. HE THEN INVITED SAM TO BID FOR MARTFRE (THE 3RD

    LARGEST TELCO) FOR APP ENGAGEMENT AGAINST LEANPLUM, CLEVERTAP AND SALESFORCE.
  6. LEANPLUM, CLEVERTAP AND SALESFORCE – ALL HAD VISUALLY RELEVANT DASHBOARDS

    FOR APPS TO SHOWCASE DAU/MAU AND APP BEHAVIOURAL TRENDS. MARTFRE: CAN YOU INCREASE OUR DAU? CAN YOU INCREASE OUR MAU? CAN YOU INCREASE OUR REVENUE?
  7. NEVERTHELESS, SAM STARTED TO DEVELOP A GOOD RAPPORT WITH THE

    CEO OF A GROUP COMPANY THAT WAS TO DO THE EVALUATION FOR MARTFRE.
  8. THE MARTFRE CEO ATTENDED THE HONG KONG HASHOUT IN AUGUST'19

    WHERE SID AND ADAM GAVE THEIR SIGNATURE TOUCH LAYING THE FOUNDATION STONE TOWARDS THIS MEGA DEAL.
  9. OBIN TRAVELLED TO JAKARTA AND HELPED MARTFRE’S APP TEAM IN

    INTEGRATING THEIR REACT NATIVE APP WITH MARKETING. JOBIN’S TEAM – ONIKA, MAYUR AND ARJU WERE ALWAYS UP FOR ANY CONSULTATION.
  10. SULLY WAS BUSY MAPPING 150+ PEOPLE ACROSS MULTIPLE BUSINESS DIVISIONS

    AT MARTFRE TO GET A BUY-IN FOR OUR COMPANY. IT WAS EXTREMELY CHALLENGING AS EACH OF THE DIVISION HEAD HAD A DIFFERENT CHOICE.
  11. PRADEEP WAS LIASING WITH MARTFRE MARKETING TEAM OVER WEEKLY MEETINGS,

    HELPING THEM TO ADOPT THE MARKETING PLATFORM FOR THEIR VARIOUS USE-CASES, SHARING PERFORMANCE TRENDS AND SOLUTIONS MANUALLY OVER REPORTS, COMPENSATING FOR OUR BEHAVIOURAL DASHBOARDS.
