Continuous Disclosure: la nuova divulgazione dell’apprendimento è continua

Più fai esperienza e più ti rendi conto di quante cose hai ancora da imparare: è proprio così che, attraverso gli anni di lavoro, gli errori e i successi, si arriva alla consapevolezza che l’unico modo per migliorarsi sempre è apprendere continuamente. La Continuous Disclosure rappresenta l’integrazione tra apprendimento continuo (Continuous Learning), miglioramento continuo (Continuous Improvement) e divulgazione continua, appunto. Il concetto, rinominato così proprio da Raffaele Colace, è stato pensato e sviluppato fino a renderlo concreto in 20tab, dove ogni cosa viene imparata, applicata e poi divulgata. L’obiettivo finale? Migliorare il proprio settore professionale e, ovviamente, consegnare alle persone prodotti di alta qualità.
