It was actually really difficult to do this teardown because of how cohesive their employer-brand was, and because they packed so much meaning into every step of the candidate journey. The careers page design was engaging, and the content and copy choices were incredibly compelling. Cactus has mastered the art of alignment, and has created a company culture of continuous improvement (kaizen). Every level of their organization is important AND celebrated. Cactus is all about being a purpose-driven organization and they speak directly to the type of outstanding talent that they have, and speak directly to the type of outstanding talent they will continue to hire.
