  1. You Need Both Types of Storage  Keeping everything in-house

is impractical. (financially, storage-wise,etc.,)  Keeping everything on the cloud is also impractical. (Important documents should be backed up in-house, or only in-house if they are very private in nature.)
  2. Cloud Paranoia is Unfounded  Note that when you are

using a cloud service provider, this is their specialty.  They are trained to protect your information securely.
  3. Don’t be Un-prepared  Preparation – is key. The boy

scouts got this one right.  Downtime is inevitable, make sure time- sensitive information or important documents are available in-house as well as the cloud.
  4. Integration & Making the Move  Pick a shared infrastructure

platform like Dell’s Poweredge VRTX server to make your integration run smoothly.  Moving to the cloud is a win-win scenario, as it is cost-effective flexible, and secure.  Staying on top of technology is so essential for business owners.
