Wardley Map Meetup Belgrade #11: Start building your Product

Wardley Map Meetup Belgrade #11: Start building your Product

The 11th Business Strategy Map Meetup is going to be all about products within industries and analyzing the industry/product work from the meetup attendees. We'll be analyzing, listening to the explanations of the meetup members and afterwards applying the Climactic Patterns, predicting the future movement of each product, its market and its components.

The meetup members that have completed their work will present about their challenges while mapping those industries.

(The homework was defined on the previous meetups from before August. Feel free to find it in this Meetup's Board Discussions and slides on SpeakerDeck).

We will also cover the steps to start building your own product with applying Wardley Maps.
