What workforce agencies must have in place to compete for and deliver on RESTART grants

Our new guide is written for state workforce agencies and workforce development boards preparing to apply for and implement the Reentry Employment in Skilled Trades, Advanced Manufacturing, Registered Apprenticeships, and Training (RESTART) grants. These grants support programs that prepare justice-involved individuals for employment in high-demand industries and require applicants to demonstrate how training leads to measurable employment outcomes.
