This talk will address my journey as a woman leader driving change in the enterprise world to rethink the way products are designed.

My story traces back to my humanities background and the strong grounding in critical thinking that paved the way to design thinking in my professional life.

The theme of my story is how over the period of 25-30 years in my career what inspired me was grit, hard work, perseverance, the desire to make life better for the users I was serving problem solving bring about design changes that impact products.
