The magic is gone, we're humans again — re-evaluating Agile

The magic is gone, we're humans again — re-evaluating Agile

This is the slide deck from a talk that I have delivered at the Agile Scotland conference in March 2019 (Edinburgh).

In it, I have introduced the visitors to my experience of the Agile software development and explained, why I consider it a process that often ends in failure. I have also pointed out at possible actions to take which could resolve issues I've identified.
