  2. Control Strategy 古典的な方法・より発展的な方法の両方を取りうる • 原料試験・工程管理・工程試験・出荷試験などからなる • CQAsだけでなく、RTRT、PATなどを使った制御も可能 • リスクベースでのCQAs、制御法設定が重要

  3. プロセスバリデーション 高い品質の製品を恒常的に製造できることを確認する • 基本的にはQ7のバリデーションの記述に従う • Q8記載の恒常的なProcess Verificationも使用可能 • 生物学的製剤ではスケール差の影響が重視される

  4. ライフサイクルマネジメント Q12記載の開発－終売における品質確保について • 開発・製造の知識を活かし、品質向上を続ける • 変更管理戦略を申請書類に記載することもできる
