  2. ガイドラインの概要 遺伝子治療薬の生体内分布について • 遺伝子治療薬の臨床開発が進んでいる • 動態が安全性に重要な要素となる • 非臨床研究の調和が必要 • 2023年第2四半期にStep4移行を予定している

  3. 調和が必要となる事項 以下についての規制事項を構築する • 対象となる遺伝子治療の範囲 • 生物内分布の定義 • 非臨床研究を実施する時期 • 研究のデザイン

    • 薬理学研究用の種の選択のために必要となる研究結果 • 臨床研究のための非臨床生物内分布研究 ＊生物内分布: BioDistribution（BD）の訳。正しくないかもしれない

  4. 解決すべき課題 透明で、一貫性のある調和された規制を提供する • 遺伝子治療の種類とBDを定義すること • BDが必要とされない場合を定める • 評価項目、種の選択、用量決定等の方法を定める • 測定方法に関することを決定する
