  3. Project scope • The BiReMe project describes nature-related EU reporting

    processes and data flows in five EU countries, investigates how GBIF could facilitate improved data flow pathways for EU reporting and recommends changes to GBIF tools/procedures which, if implemented, could improve the usefulness of the GBIF network for EU reporting.

  7. To European Nodes 1. Be aware of national reporting calendar,

    process and stakeholders. 2. Make use of the questionnaire in order to publish more use-cases. 3. Mobilize reporting data sources (with/without data). 4. Identify/Tag data publishers/sources used in EU reporting. 5. Contact and offer specific training/information session to EU reporting stakeholders. 6. Offer support/service for non-open data, eg validation checks of sensitive data.
