Situation has changed • Responsible SRE / global • Before, all 4 SREs are responsible for both Japan/Global • SREs are getting larger (now 6 SREs) • 3 SREs focus to Japan, 2 SREs(includes me) focus to Global (1 is Manager) • Have English meeting weekly • Before, we had a meeting on chat (text based) • All SREs work in Tokyo Office
