  20. Part of Phase.3(Diverge) /”Kakeawase Ideas”

They said that "excellent ideas come from outside the head".

”Kakeawase Ideas” is a method to derive completely new concepts and ideas in a
very short period of time by combining one idea with another that they have no
relevance to the theme at all.

1 You will decide the theme.
    2 Write out unrelated keywords.

3 Combining 1 and 2, and write up images and words that you come up with
    instantaneously.
    Rule:
    1. You can combine one keyword or more.
    2. You can hold keywords when you have no idea what to do
    3. Use intuition without too much thought.
    4. Do not judge whether it is good or bad, write as much as possible.

  26. Part of Phase.4(Decide)/ ”Silent Voting”

There are many methods to give ideas in the world, but is there a method to
"narrow down ideas efficiently in a short time"?

Design Sprint's "Silent Voting" is the world's most "method of efficiently
narrowing down ideas in a short time" method.

1 All members receive three blue stickers per person

Write your most innovative 3 ideas.

2 Choose number of the idea you think the best(1~3) and write the number on the
    stickers.

3 Finally, the decision maker selects the most innovative idea with only one big green
    stickers.

Design Sprint does not use IT.

    Design Sprint use handwritten, Everything.

However, it is being actively used in leading
    companies, including Google.

    Why?

    View Slide

  33. 33
Because handwriting and PC typing are different parts of the brain.

    Handwriting vs PC typing.

Although typing on a PC uses only a
part of the brain, handwriting uses
    many ranges of many brains.

That's why excellent ideas are easy
    to flash.

We are thinking, how to make analog work work for
