3. 3 Type a user name, email, and password. Sunday, November 3, 13
4. 4 Next, click on the “Provide” tab. Sunday, November 3, 13
5. 5 Scroll down and click on “Sign Up.” Sunday, November 3, 13
6. 6 Tell us your name and address. We won’t share this information and only site administrators will be able to see it. We use it to geocode your location so you see close repositories when you are adding them to your profile page. Sunday, November 3, 13
7. 7 Commit to our research standards. Please make sure to read the commitment carefully. This stuff is really important to us. Sunday, November 3, 13
8. 8 Click to create your provider profile. Sunday, November 3, 13

10. 10 add your locality from the dropdown, Type the first few letters and then scroll to find your county. If you’re in a large city, add that, too. Sunday, November 3, 13
