I did my first ignite talk at LeanKanban North America 2014 in San Francisco. My topic was “Visibility is my superpower! (how visibility and transparency alone can solve problems and keep you from focusing on the wrong things).

9. even ambulances have a WIP limit

16. extreme honesty was key for me
