Monitoring and measuring progress has become the norm for the results of our work - the products. Yet it is still uncommon to also measure how we develop as an organization and team.
In this talk, we will share concrete ways of measuring success and progress in our walking on the 3 Ways and working on the 5 Ideals of DevOps.
