Defining Your User Experience

You define the user experience of your business every time you attend a meeting, answer the phone, send an email, send a proposal, send a contract or bump into a client at the grocery store. It's essential that you design that user experience. Otherwise, the experience is defined by default and you risk miscommunicating to your clients and customers.
