The team’s star fans (Michael Boyarsky, Oleg Basilashvili, Sergey Migitsko and others) wrote an open letter to acting Governor Georgiy Poltavchenko ,asking him to resolve the issue. Summa Group stepped in with its solution: “We couldn’t sit back knowing how serious it would be for the fans to miss out on broadcasts of their favourite team”. Broadcast rights were acquired by Liga-TV, a subsidiary of the Russian Football Premier League.
Summa News – Sept 2014 On 23 July in Moscow, an official meeting took place between the Summa Group management and Bayin Chaolu, governor of the north-eastern Chinese province of Jilin. Over 100 people participated in the event. The key topic of the meeting was the implementation of the Zarubino Port project. The representatives of the two nations discussed construction the port’s infrastructure, access routes, the timeline for completing the project and other items. Governor Bayin Chaolu emphasised the special significance of the project for the development of relations between the two countries. He also added that in order to ensure delivery of cargo to the Zarubino Port, the Chinese side plans to begin the infrastructure development on its territory.
